  • 2. Property Plenary Consultation

    We will arrange a 20-minute Zoom plenary with all decision-makers to understand your investment goals and objectives, and to determine the most suitable investment type and strategy tailored to your current needs.

  • 3. Review & Accept T&Cs

    We will send our terms and conditions for you to review and sign via DocuSign. A deposit of our finder's fee is required before we begin sourcing an investment opportunity, with the remaining balance due upon successful sourcing.

  • 4. Secure Investment Proposal

    We will present your tailored investment opportunity, based on the requirements outlined in our plenary discussion, either via Zoom or in our office.
